Company of Heroes 3 receives Operation Torch DLC on November 25th. The expansion centers on the 1942 Allied invasion of North Africa, featuring 15 single-player missions across American forces under command.
The campaign follows the historical Operation Torch, depicting the British and American invasion of Vichy France-controlled Algeria and Morocco. Missions span the opening invasion, the defeat at Kasserine, and the assault on Hill 609. Players command three American soldiers whose perspectives reflect the hardships and lessons learned during the campaign.
Gameplay involves urban tank battles and stealth operations. Players earn upgrades by completing objectives, then apply them to customize unit capabilities and tactical approach. Relic designed the DLC to test tactical decision-making and unit management, with upgrade choices directly affecting combat effectiveness.
